Lane has a fancy new bedtime routine:
Help Mommy with Paige’s bath
Take a bath with Daddy’s help
Put on PJs & brush teeth
Kiss Mommy goodnight
Read stories with Daddy
After Daddy leaves, scream, yell, and throw things at the closed bedroom door
Eventually settle down and very clearly and calmly begin yelling, “I need a new diaper!” or, “I need to go to the potty!”
When a parent finally gives in and enters the room, explain the need for the new diaper. It’s important to be completely naked at this point.
Sit on the potty and demand a reward. Don’t pee.

Require parent to read MORE stories
After eventually falling asleep at about 10:30pm, miraculously manage to wake up at the crack of dawn, bright-eyed and ready to go
The good news is that Paige happily sleeps through all of this…
