Team Teddy’s 2007 season has come to a fabulous conclusion, as Elisabeth crossed the finish line of the Anchorage Mayor’s Half Marathon with her friend Sally. Elisabeth achieved both her goals: to finish in less than 4 hours (3:49:28, to be exact), and to raise $4,795 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). [...]

We have some very exciting news in our family. Beth & Jon — Tad’s sister & brother-in-law — have arrived in Kazakhstan to adopt their second child! Her name is Sophie. They will be keeping a diary of their trip, as they did when they adopted Erik.
Last weekend we went up to Boston to attend my brother’s wedding. It was wonderful! It was so great to see my brother so happy, and so much in love! I’m so happy for them.
